Shipping Instructions

Any damages/losses due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer does not hold the company responsible for related mishaps. However, we will do our best to ensure that your product reaches the right address as per a convenient timeline.

Since different countries use different plugs, we are unable to provide the correct wire chord for every country. So our machines will be shipped without any wirechord. However, sufficient wire will be provided from the machine, to which you can connect your electrician suggested wirechord as per the current requirements.

Please use the products as per the instructions in the manual provided with it. Any external damages need to be reported at time of delivery. Internal damages, if any, have to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Our delivery radius is reserved to major airports and cities only. For remote locations you will required to pick up from the closest major city. Goods will be insured for shipping and we will ensure delivery. We are not, however, responsible for delays on account of carrier delays or reasons beyond seller's control.

For transportation provided during repair cycles, the cost will have to be borne by the customer.

The product will be shipped as per the incoterms only as mentioned in the invoice. In case of CIF shipments, any local taxes, fees, duties etc. imposed by the local governments or agencies are extra and to be borne by the customer.

In courier mode we use ship with FEDEX. We can also use courier services like Garudavega depending upon customer requirement.

In cargo mode – Shipments are on CIF basis only. If you need it to be shipped on a different incoterm,write to us at support@maxelplus.com
